Oludare Bamisile is the Principal Partner and Chief Administrative Officer of Bamisile Group of firms
which comprises of Bamisile & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Halli-D Consulting (Tax and Advisory
Firm). He founded the firm in January, 2001 having spent over 9 years in Ijewere & Co (Chartered
Accountants) a leading accounting firm in Nigeria. He also worked with Ernst & Young between 2001
and 2002 before settling down to advance the vision and mission of Bamisile Group.
While at the firm of Ijewere & Co, he led audit of various clients of the firm: amongst these clients were
banks, multinational, non-governmental organisation and big Government Corporations. He was also one
of the pioneer staff members of the Receivership/Liquidation department of the firm and he handled
series of the firm’s tax advisory services. At the firm he won several staff productivity awards and also
won overall first prize in the Professional Examination 1 (PE-1) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN) of November, 1996.
Oludare is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member
Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and associate member of The Certified Pension
Institute of Nigeria (CPIN). He is a Certified Forensic Accountants of Nigeria (CFAN). He is one the
founding members of the Accounting Profession Gatekeeper Global Network (APGGN), a global
network of professional accountants who believe that there is an interface between accountant belief
system (faith) and the discharge of his professional duties. The network is also committed to absolute
integrity and probity as well as accountability and fairness among practicing accountants. He also founded
a non-governmental organization named Christian Youths Community Development Initiative (CYCDi)
which engages in harnessing the creativities and resilience that abounds in youth for productive ventures that will benefit the youth and the community where they live.
He received his first degree in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state Nigeria in 1989. He
did his post graduate studies in University of Lagos, Akoka, and Lagos State, Nigeria.
