CHRISTIAN YOUTHS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (CYCDi)
CYCDi is a faith-based, non-for profit, non-governmental organization established with the sole objective of equipping youths with the ideals of leadership using Christ as the primary model.
Our vision is to equip youths with ideals of leadership using Christ as the primary model and to harness the resilience, skill and creativity that abound in youths towards productive ventures, which will be of benefit to them and their communities.
CYCDi was registered as an incorporated trustees under the Company and Allied Matter Acts of 1999 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on June 14, 2010.
In order to achieve the vision of CYCDi we have high-marked seven (7) Thematic Areas of concentration of our work among Youths, namely:
- Youth Discipleship meetings.
- Prayer Rallies for Tomorrow’s Leaders.
- Special Leadership Training Programme for Youths.
- Carrier/General Counseling for Youths.
- Provision of Leadership Library/Bookshop.
- Christian Youths Community Development programme
- Youths /Government & Community Leaders Roundtable.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER/VISIONEER
Mr Oludare Bamisile is a heart-led, spirit filled professional who takes pleasure in solving commercial challenges of his various client from an Audit/Accounting perspective. He does this by serving as the Principal Partner of Bamisile & Co (Chartered accountants.)
His burden to see the next generation emerge as sound leaders and his conviction that Jesus Christ is the perfect model of leadership given by God, led to the formation of CYCDi along side his business associates and staff who shared the same conviction with him.
He founded Bamisile & Co in January, 2001 having spent over 9 years in Ijewere & Co (Chartered Accountants) a leading accounting firm in Nigeria. He also worked with Ernst & Young between 2001 and 2002 before settling down to advance the vision and mission of his firm.
While at the firm of Ijewere & Co, he led audit of various clients of the firm: amongst these clients were banks, multinational and big Government Corporations. He was also one of the pioneer staff members of the Receivership/Liquidation department of the firm and he handled series of the firm`s tax advisory services. At the firm he won several staff productivity awards and also won overall first prize in the Professional Examination 1 (PE-1) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) of November, 1996.
Oludare is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Forensic Accountant of Nigeria (CFAN), Associate Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and associate member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN). He is one the founding members of the Accounting Profession Gatekeeper Global Network (APGGN), a global network of professional accountants who believe that there is an interface between accountant belief system (faith) and the discharge of the accounting professional duties. The network is also committed to absolute integrity and probity as well as accountability and fairness among practicing accountants.
He received his first degree in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state Nigeria in 1989. He did his post graduate studies in University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria. He presently resides in his Lagos home with his wife and their three children.
